Marketing Event Request
Got an upcoming event, market, exhibition, or arts opportunity you’d like to share? Use this form to submit all the details — we use this information to help promote our members and their work. We do our best to feature every request, but please note that forms submitted less than 30 days before your event may not make it into our regular marketing lineup.
Your event may be included in our Arts Ecosystem Newsletter (sent during the last week of each month and covering the month ahead) and/or shared on AVA’s social media stories. If you have any questions, reach out to Mason, our Operations Coordinator, at mason@avarts.org
Screen Rental Reservation
AVA has a stock of metal frame display screens for festival booths, conferences and exhibits available for AVA Member Artists and Local Arts Non-Profits and AVA Partners to use. Reservations subject to availability.
AVA Propeller Program
AVA Propeller is a 12-week program designed to help artists clarify their goals, strengthen their artistic voice, and step confidently into the next phase of their careers. Participants build a complete Artist Kit—including a headshot, polished artwork images, artist bio, statement, CV, and a living database of work—while gaining a deeper understanding of their creative throughline and place within the wider art conversation. Through group critiques, one-on-one meetings, research sessions, hands-on documentation training, and a final public artist presentation, Propeller offers the structure, community, and professional tools artists need to move forward with clarity and momentum.
Professional Consulting
Our staff offers 1:1 professional consulting! Anything from websites/marketing, grants, festival/gallery entry, and general professional development topics, like portfolios and CVs, etc. Meet with our knowledgable team: Executive Director, Jen Lewis, Curator/Education Director, Tim Goldsmith and Sarah Moore, 4 Bridges Arts Festival Director and Programs Coordinator. Appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during our business hours. Book an appointment with either of them directly via email!
