AVA possesses a stack of flat file cabinets that allow the gallery to display works from our member artists on a longer term basis apart from the gallery the exhibition schedule. Participating artists display their works in the flat files for a six month rotation. All works below are available for sale online or in person at the gallery during normal hours.

This year, AVA started utilizing Artwork Archives for collecting, cataloging and managing our exhibit inventory and archive. Going forward, we will be hosting calls for shows through this platform. This is really exciting for us because it is a program designed specifically for this task and interfaces with many other art institutions, artists and collectors broadly. It will also streamline aspects of our exhibit preparation, install, online listing and sales. However, in order to submit work to our shows, it will require you to create a free Submit Account to manage your artwork submissions. If you already have a active paid Artwork Archive subscription, it is simple to submit work to our calls from your own inventory.
*To be clear, there is no cost to set up a Submit Account. It will allow you to manage your submission information or make changes on your end. In order to create your Submit Account, please refer to this Artwork Archive Help Doc and Video Tutorial. Artwork Archive also has wonderful customer assistance and resources around their platform.
AVA does offer a partnership discount rate for 20% off on your first year subscription for their standard Artist Account level. This discount is only available to AVA Members. Contact our Gallery Director for more info on the member discount.
