AVA has a stock of metal frame display screens for festival booths, conferences and exhibits available for AVA Member Artists and Local Arts Non-Profits and AVA Partners to use. Reservations subject to availability.

RATES:

AVA Members: 0-10 Panels are free upon availability and reservation (including bases and covers). 11 or more will cost $5 a panel (including bases and covers).

Arts Non-Profit Organizations and AVA Partners: Free with a limit of 5 day reservation (time out and time returned). Over that, $5 per panel, per day.

Once a reservation is completed, you will receive a use agreement to fill out via email from AVA. Necessary payment can be made at check out.

To make a reservation, fill out the Google Form here! Please note that reservations for pick up or drop off may not be made on Mondays or Tuesdays, as AVA is closed to the public.
