Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is seeking proposals for interactive,
sustainable, installation for the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival 2010
festival located on the 600 acre farm in Manchester, TN. If you plan on

Call for Entries: Arts in the Airport

The Arts & Culture Alliance of Greater
Knoxville and the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority (McGhee Tyson
Airport) announce a call for entries for the next "Arts in the
Airport", a juried exhibition developed to allow regional artists to
compete and display work in the most visited site in the area. The
selected art will feature contemporary 2-dimensional artwork and will be
exhibited in the secured area behind McGhee Tyson Airport’s security
gate checkpoint from April 23 – October 21, 2010. No entry fee. Each
artist may submit up to five entries which must be original works in the
following categories: Painting, Graphic Arts, and Photography.

Artist or artist collaboration for the
Jefferson Heights Park Public Art Project, Chattanooga

Public
Art Chattanooga and the District 7 Public Art Committee are seeking
proposals for Jefferson Heights Park Chattanooga, Tennessee, which will
be exhibited June 2010 – December 2011. Works can be in any media,
functional or non-functional, and must be suitable for outdoors. Two
works will be selected for installation in the newly constructed
neighborhood park, and will be on loan for a period of eighteen (18)

Folk School of Chattanooga Call to Fiber
Artists
The Folk School, Chattanooga's place for banjo,
fiddle, guitar, dulcimer, and other musical instruction, has just
relocated to the modern two-story silver metal box on Forest Ave., only
four doors up from Frazier. We are looking to fill our walls and halls
with sound absorbing fiber art. Items can be for sale or they can be
for display only. Large pieces, such as quilts, are especially

Arts & Culture Alliance is pleased to announce availability of the
next Betsy Worden Memorial Artist Residency at the Emporium Center, 100
S. Gay Street in downtown Knoxville. Available to college students and
other young and emerging artists, The Betsy Worden Memorial Artist
Residency includes: FREE and exclusive access to a 10’ x 10’ artist
studio located in the Emporium Center; sponsored membership in the Arts
& Culture Alliance for one year; display of at least one piece of
artist’s new work in the public areas of the Emporium Center each month
of the residency (beginning with the First Friday opening reception on
April 2, 2010); and a solo exhibition of artist’s new work in the
Balcony gallery of the Emporium Center near the end of the residency

Show at Fairfield Glade Community Center. This show will feature a
select group of exceptional craft artisans offering items such as fine
