received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Tennessee
at Chattanooga. Ms. Taylor spent four years as an art teacher in the
local school systems. Ms. Taylor is a charter member of The Portrait
Institute and a member of the Portrait Society of America. She is also
a member of the Tennessee Arts League. Ms. Taylor is accepting students
