AVA Calendar | Artist Community Calendar | Submit an Art Event

To submit an art-related event to the artist community calendar (published on this Web site and sent out by email every Friday) we ask that you carefully follow the guidelines below. As an artist, you know that form is important. We want to make sure that we get all the information people need and that it is presented in a consistent way.

Submissions MUST include the following information:

Title of event
Beginning date and ending date (if not a single-day event)
Venue and address
Contact name and phone number or email address

If a description is included, it should be no longer than 5 sentences.
If a Web site address is included, put it at the end of the description, as in the example.
Please do not send us press releases. If you want to include your information here, you will have to adapt it to fit our format requirements.
Please type your entry in the body of the email, rather than attaching an external document.
Only events happening in within a radius of 100 miles from Chattanooga will be added to the list.
