Drawing, painting, sculpture, collage and
printmaking are just a few
of the exciting art activities children will experience this summer.
AVA’s Art Camp offers weeklong, in-depth
classes led by
professional artists that cover a range of topics in 2-D and 3-D art. A
variety of age-appropriate classes (ages 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11), each
with a different focus, are offered throughout the summer.

Using cardboard boxes, found objects and paint, children will create
animal totems and explore various painting and printmaking techniques.

explore the art of portraits as well as create stories through visual
art.

color and composition by illustrating their imagination.

imagination to create unique creatures to tell a story through art.

The World All Around / Ages 4-5

collage, sculpture and paint. By the end of the week, participants will
have a vast array of creative experiments that give a voice to their
