Recognized by the New York Times as a reason to visit Chattanooga, the 4 Bridges Arts Festival™ attracts nearly 12,000 enthusiasts every year interested in the finest original artwork and craft made by 150 juried artists and craftpersons from across the country. The Festival celebrates its 15th year at the First Tennessee Pavilion on April 11 and 12, 2015. Art and craft of every shape, size and style is available: painting, glasswork, jewelry, textiles, furniture, sculpture and more.
Festival attendees also enjoy live music from talented local and regional performers, artisan food offering diverse dishes from some of Chattanooga's best local restaurants, and a Creative Kids Area for budding artists offering original art projects from trained art educators. The Creative Kids Area is free and open to children of all ages.
The Festival, presented each year by the Association for Visual Arts (AVA), supports the advancement of original visual art and the artists who create it as well as AVA's community programs.
